We are proud of the quality results we have achieved on our recent projects at Sherford. Working alongside both Taylor Wimpey and Vistry, we have completed a large number of properties across this development, with continued work for many years to come.

Churchill Retirement Living- Taunton

We completed a range of projects for Churchill Retirement Living over the years. The most recent works we have undertaken includes their flagship retirement apartments in Taunton, finished in Eco-Rend.

Baker Estates- Malborough

STP has recently completed the rendering of 53 houses on the outskirts of Malborough, Devon. All of the houses were finished with a roughcast finish using Fassacouche.

Cavanna Homes- Newton Abbot

This Cavanna Homes development was made up of 23 Detached, high-spec houses; all finished in Knauf Presto.

Wainhomes- Westward Ho!

We are currently working on a large development for Wainhomes in Westward Ho!, with properties finished in both Weberpral M and PRB Superbrut.

Vistry Homes- North Prospect

A large development made up of both privately owned and social housing, Mayflower Leat in Plymouth has been rendered in a mix of Parex Monorex and Fassa MS20 sand & cement.
